Tax Incentives

We are actively engaged in the process of researching the most up-to-date information available for Federal and State Tax incentives.

On the state level, incentives vary significantly depending on the individual state and the type and size of alternative energy installation.  The federal government has current incentives ranging from $.60 per sq. ft. to $1.80 per sq. ft. Federal tax credit incentives on new commercial projects range from 10% to as much as a 30%, which is currently available on many household alternative energy solutions. The current administration has earmarked significant money for energy efficiency and EnerCore is diligently studying all changes and announcements as they become available.
