		Robert LeBlanc President Robert is currently the president of Industrial Concrete Services and EnerCore Technologies. He has 18 years industry and contracting experience as founder and partner in both companies. He has overseen the direction and implementation of all business strategies developed for ICS as it has grown into the leading specialty contractor for industrial flooring in the Northeast. Bob is currently implementing a plan to bring the same organization, attention to detail and professionalism to EnerCore Technologies.
		Stephen Chrane Sales Manager and Treasurer Stephen is currently Sales Manager and Treasurer of Industrial Concrete Services and EnerCore Technologies. He has 14 years of experience as partner in ICS and developed the business strategies, vendor relationships, and customer contacts to foster the growth and stability of the company. Stephen is currently working with Robert LeBlanc in the development of business strategies and foundation models to launch EnerCore Technologies into a major alternative energy company in today’s industrial and commercial marketplace.
		Mike Maloney Marketing Director Mike is currently an Marketing Director for EnerCore Technologies. In his eight years with ICS, Mike has been involved in the development of many products and services, which have established a sharp curve in sales growth company wide. After receiving his B.A. from the University of California Berkeley, he worked for a variety of firms ranging from legal services to the food and beverage industry, building a foundational understanding of industry specific market analysis and sales techniques. Mike brings this focus to EnerCore with the intent of increasing customer ROI on the variety of alternative energy options EnerCore offers and working to create a cleaner and more energy efficient society.
